3rd Lair has been a leader and innovator in skatepark construction for the past 15 years. Our facilities are world renowned for having the best layouts and designs. Our build crew is available for hire for any type of skatepark job – whether it is just a box for your driveway, a city-owned or private facility and everything in-between.
Our specialty is wood framed designs. This is the most cost effective way to build skatepark obstacles. These types of ramps are easily modifiable, easily moveable and easy to rearrange their layout. We insist on this type of building because we know that in order for a skatepark to be successful - it needs to be changed and added on to on a constant basis. A wood design gives you the freedom to do this and much more.
