GENERAL INFO

The 3rd Lair Skatepark is an indoor and

outdoor facility for skateboarding, in-lining skating, bikes, rollerskates, wheelchairs, heelys, remote controled cars, unicyclers and scooters.

* Our facility is professionally staffed with experienced skateboarders. We have rental equipment and instructors available so anybody is welcome to give it a try.

* We have a completely stocked Pro Shop for all equipment purchases.

* We have open skate sessions all day - every day

* We have no age limit.

* Everybody must sign a waiver release form at each location (under 18 - parents must sign)

* We have 2 metro area locations -

#1 conveniently located in Golden Valley, Mn. just 5 minutes west of downtown Minneapolis on the northeast corner of interstate 394 and Louisiana Ave.

#2 is located in Burnsville, Mn. just about 1 mile west of Burnsville Center Shopping Mall on the northeast corner of County Rd. 42 and Burnsville Parkway (3rd warehouse in)
